Trey Pratt, Aaron Quick, and Samuel Quick were licensed today by SweetWater. We believe that God has called these three men into vocational ministry and we want to certify to everyone, that we have been witness to the evidence that God has called Trey, Aaron, and Samuel into the Gospel ministry. Congratulations guys and praise be to Jesus for His continued blessings!

Welcome to our new members!
Posted on June 8, 2008
God moved in a mighty way this morning during our worship of Him. God has been regularly adding people to His church at SweetWater and today He did it again.Â
I would like to Welcome Home our newest members of the family at SweetWater. Welcome to Steve & Brenda Hampton, Mike Henderson, and Jerry & Donna Hancock. I am a blessed man to get to pastor such a God annointed church. If you are not plugged into a local church right now, you need to come and test the Waters at 1305 Alice Street, Waycross, Georgia.
May God Bless Your Efforts!

Meet Our New Associate Pastor of Music and Education
Posted on June 4, 2008
I am absolutely ecstatic about introducing Aaron Quick as our AP of Music and Education. Aaron has been serving as our song leader voluntarily since last year at this time. He was voted in tonight. I am impressed with the continued faithfulness of God’s children at SweetWater. Brother Alex Johnson gave testimony tonight about how great God has been over the last year in supplying the needs of the church financially. Mrs. Ginny Batholomew also gave hard evidence in regards to the provision of God in the finances of the church. I am excited to know that people are being affected by God’s activity among the elect.
I recently listened to a sermon by Brother Mike Stone, pastor of Emmanuel Baptist, Blackshear, GA, about remembering what God has done. He preached from the narrative of when Joshua led Israel across the dry river bed of the Jordan river. God instructed men to gather large stones to build a structure of remembrance. They were to build a physical reminder to tell the generations to come about God’s miraculous work that day at the river Jordan. Tonight we recalled God’s faithfulness and took a giant leap of faith to call Brother Aaron. We have seen what God can do and we trust He will continue to supply our needs.
